PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device is provided to normally offer the data in high speed by selectively outputting in rising data or falling data. CONSTITUTION: First through fourth pipe latches(101~104) store the corresponding data in response to the pipe input signal and the pipe output signal. A latch unit(201) outputs in response to the first output control signal and the second output control signal. A first flip flop outputs in response to a second output control signal.
