<p>An electrode comprises a conductive wire (10), a conductive film (13), a hydrogel layer (12) adhesively attached to the conductive film (13), and a self-heating layer (15) adhesively attached to the conductive film (13); one end of the conductive wire (10) is electrically connected to the conductive film (13), and the other end of the conductive wire (10) is led out the electrode. The self-heating layer enables the electrode to be heated during use to foment a region undergoing therapy or physiotherapy, promotes blood circulation of the region, and improves treatment effects of electro-stimulation. Because the self-heating layer does not need an electric power supply, electrical heating is not necessary in a therapeutic or physiotherapeutic apparatus using the electrode, so the electrode can be used in various existing therapeutic or physiotherapeutic apparatuses. The electrode has a simple structure and can be easily manufactured and used.</p> |
