PURPOSE: A guide roll of a pipe machining apparatus is provided to carry out precise cutting and chamfering because metal guide rings keep a pipe horizontal and smooth torque is transferred through rubber guide rings. CONSTITUTION: A guide roll(100) of a pipe machining apparatus supports a pipe to be rotated and machined. Rubber guide rings(113) and metal guide rings(111,121) are complexly formed in the guide roll. The rubber guide rings rotates the pipe and the metal guide rings help the pipe to keep horizontal. The diameter of the rubber guide rings is greater than that of the metal guide rings.
