PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fiber-reinforced resin excellent in a strength and dimensional precision, and to restrain quality from being dispersed when mass-produced.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method/device carries out the first process for putting a fiber-reinforced base material into a cavity part of a molding die, and for injecting a resin into the cavity part of the molding die under a condition opened by a distance X1 compared with a distance at the molding finish time, the second process for closing the molding die up to a condition opened by a distance X2 compared with the distance at the molding finish time, while discharging the resin of the cavity part, and the third process for stopping the discharge of the resin in the cavity part, and for closing the molding die up to the distance at the molding finish time, while holding mold clamping pressure at a preset value and curing the resin, in this order. The resin is uniformly impregnated thereby into the fiber-reinforced base material, and a sink is prevented from being generate in a product, while securing a proper resin amount, to cure the resin. |
