PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent self-heat-generation of a means for controlling a magnetic path, and to prevent the temperature of the end of a section performing heat transfer of a heating rotator to a heated body from exceeding the average temperature of the section performing heat transfer.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating device includes: a heating element configured to generate heat by electromagnetic induction; a heating rotator 31 configured to receive heat from the heating element and to rotate around a shaft while heating another member; a magnetic field generating means 33 disposed opposite the heating rotator and configured to generate a magnetic field for causing the heating element to generate heat by electromagnetic induction; and a magnetic path forming means 35 disposed opposite the heating rotator and magnetic field generating means, having a shut-off part for shutting off eddy current generated in the electromagnetic induction heating device itself by electromagnetic induction from the magnetic field generating means and having a continuous part disposed in the direction along the axis direction of the heating rotator and continuing so as to allow transfer of heat, comprising a thermosensitive magnetic material 34, and forming a magnetic path. |
