PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a user when using an integrating function of an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a document reading section for reading a document to generate image data representing an image of the document; a control section which generates integrated image data for summarizing and forming images for the designated number of documents on one recording paper sheet on the basis of the image data of a plurality of documents read by the document reading section, determines presence/absence of an extraction range in the image of each document, and generates extraction image data for forming images included within the extraction range on one recording paper sheet on the basis of the image data of the document for which the presence of the extraction range is determined; and an image forming section for forming on the recording paper sheet an image based on the integrated image data and the extraction image data in response to an instruction from the control section. |
