PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition stably containing apigenin.SOLUTION: The composition contains not less than 3 ppm apigenin and dibutylhydroxytoluene and has a mass ratio of the apigenin to the dibutylhydroxytoluene of 1 or more. A method for producing an apigenin-containing composition comprises mixing not less than 3 ppm apigenin with dibutylhydroxytoluene so as for the mass ratio of the apigenin to the dibutylhydroxytoluene to come 1 or more.
