PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving a linear motor.SOLUTION: A linear motor includes either or both of a stator core and a mover. The stator core of the linear motor includes an inner circumference, an outer circumference particularly surrounding the inner circumference, first and second teeth disposed along either the inner circumference or the outer circumference, and a slot for receiving a stator coil, the slot being a cavity provided within the stator core. The stator core is divided into a first stator and a second stator. The first stator is arranged to partially define the slot and includes the first tooth formed by soft magnetic powder. The second stator is arranged to partially divide the slot and includes the second tooth formed by soft magnetic powder. |
