PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a number of electrode terminals such as mirror array in a small space, relating to an electric wiring board.SOLUTION: A surface mounting component 6 is mounted on the surface of an electric wiring board 1, and on the backside, a plurality of pin terminals 5 electrically connected to BGA terminals 7 one on one are arrayed in two dimension. Each pin terminal 5 is electrically connected to each of electric wires 9 arrayed in one dimension on a flexible printed circuit board 8. |
