<p>A system for increasing the conversion efficiency in a Fischer Tropsch based reactor system operating at low pressure for treating reactants or an exhaust stream generated by industrial processes. CO or CO2 are sequestered and the gas is converted into a useful fuel. A plasma converter is used to generate the primary reactant which is hydrogen.</p>
