The invention relates to a fastening plate comprising a plate part (2) and anchorage parts (3) fastened thereto. The fastening plate is intended to be arranged in concrete before the concrete hardens and further to be fastened to the concrete by means of the concrete hardening, whereby each anchorage part (3) is fastened to the plate part (2) by means of a threaded connection provided by a threaded part (4) at the anchorage part and a hole (6) with internal threads (5) and provided in the plate part. In the plate part (2), for at least one anchorage part (3) there is provided at least one alternative hole (7) with internal threads to fasten the anchorage part to the plate part (2).
