PURPOSE: A front device for grouting using a nozzle and a protrusion is provided to enable mixing to be made by vortex since vortex protrusion are formed in the inside of an external pipe and on the outside of an internal pipe. CONSTITUTION: A front device for grouting using a nozzle and a protrusion comprises an internal pipe(110), an external pipe(120), a fixing member(130), a stopper(140) and a double cylinder(150). Two or more rows of upward nozzles(111) are formed on the side of the internal pipe and a plurality of rows of first vortex protrusions(113) are formed on the outside of the internal pipe at regular intervals. A second vortex protrusion(121) is formed on the inside of the external pipe to be symmetric to the first vortex protrusion. One or more rows of upper strainers(123) are formed on the upper part of the lower end of the external pipe to discharge accelerating agent and one or more rows of lower strainers(125) are formed on the lower end of the upper strainer to discharge decelerating agent.
