PROCESS OF PRODUCING POLYESTER FIBER CONTAINING ANTIMICROBIAL THROUGH MELT-BLENDING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an antimicrobial agent containing polyester fiber using a method for blending the cotton flannel rising the stretching property of a manufactured filament is provided to prevent the generation of phase separation by manufacturing the filament. CONSTITUTION: A polyester resin of a chip state is mixed at the ratio of 90:10. A melting unit performs the melting blending of mixture in figure 120~265(a). The melting apparatus manufactures mixture from the pellet-like or pellet-shaped. A melting spinning unit radiates the mixture of the pellet-like or pellet-shape. One of a tetracycline, a quinolone system, a biguanide system and triclosan system are used as the antimicrobial agent.
