PURPOSE: A gyroscopic VTOL(vertical take-off and landing) craft is provided to ensure sufficient stability and operability and to reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: A gyroscopic VTOL(vertical take-off and landing) craft comprises a short pipe(5) or a skirt, a fixed-pitch rotating blade, a core(6) and a plurality of spin controlling blades(3,4). The fixed-pitch rotating blade comprises three or more collars. A motor or an engine is installed on the core. The spin control blades are installed outside the core. Stability is ensured using the angular momentum of the rotating blade. A part of the lower end of the skirt is pulled to the center or a resistant plate is protruded from the core and thus lift force of one side is decreased and a craft is horizontally moved.
