PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic powder for a green sheet for obtaining a dense ceramic substrate which has excellent dielectric properties for achieving low loss, and in which the diffusion of a silver conductor can be suppressed by low temperature firing at ≤850°C.SOLUTION: Disclosed is the ceramic powder for a green sheet containing glass powder and an inorganic filler, wherein the glass powder is composed of, based on oxide, by weight, 4 to 19% silicon oxide, 16 to 21% alumina oxide, 31 to 34% boron oxide, 22 to 39% calcium oxide, 1 to 6% barium oxide, 0.2 to 1.0% magnesium oxide, 0.5 to 3% zinc oxide and at least either zirconium oxide or titanium oxide of 0 to 1.5%, the whole is 100%, and the total of the magnesium oxide, calcium oxide and barium oxide is 29.0 to 40.2%. |
