PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary pump driving controller, which can reduce the scale of an auxiliary pump and which is advantageous, in the terms of in-vehicle properties and weight.SOLUTION: The auxiliary pump driving controller is provided with a mechanical oil pump OP1 which is driven by an engine for sending an oil pressure to a control valve unit 13; an electric oil pump OP2 to be driven by a pump drive source different from an engine E for sucking oil via an auxiliary intake oil passage 31, and for sending the oil pressure through an auxiliary discharge oil passage 32 to a control valve unit 13; a sub-intake oil passage 40 to which the auxiliary discharge oil passage 32 and an oil storage part 12a are connected; and an auxiliary pump driving control means for controlling the driving of the electric oil pump OP2; and, when starting the driving of the electric oil pump OP2, for making the electric oil pump OP2 execute drive in reverse for the preparation processing. |
