PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at alleviation of damage through relaxing of shock to pedestrians at collision of a vehicle with pedestrians.SOLUTION: The headlight for a vehicle includes light-emitting units 12, 17 having a lamp tool outer case 4 structured of a lamp housing 2 and a cover 3 blocking a front opening of the lamp housing, lamp units 10, 16 arranged equipped with light sources inside the lamp tool outer case, and constituting a part of the lamp units and using light-emitting diodes 12a, 17a as light sources, optical members 13, 14, 18 constituting a part of the lamp units for irradiating light emitted from the light-emitting diodes toward front, and a heat-radiating member 6 radiating heat generated at driving of the light-emitting diodes, and has shock-absorbing parts 7a, 7a, 7a formed at least at a part of the heat-radiating member for absorbing shock at collision of the vehicle with a pedestrian. |
