PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection structure and connection method of an electric motor, capable of being applied to various electric motors.SOLUTION: Terminal stand insertion holes 41 making the inside communicate with the outside are formed in an electric motor housing 4. Collars 53a, 53b and 53c of a V-phase, a W-phase and a U-phase are inserted into a terminal stand 51 installed on the terminal stand insertion holes 41. A V-phase terminal 63a connected to a V-phase cable 61a and a V-phase coil terminal 22a connected to a stator coil 22 are arranged at both ends of the V-phase collar 53a, and a collar fixing bolt 56 is inserted through the V-phase terminal 63a, the V-phase collar 53a and the V-phase coil terminal 22a in this order and is fastened to a terminal fitting part 23 of the stator 2. Thus, the V-phase terminal 63a and the V-phase coil terminal 22a sandwich the V-phase collar 53a with pressure and the V-phase terminal 63a and the V-phase coil terminal 22a are conducted through the V-phase collar 53a. |
