PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to a chuck device of a belt for binding a load to firmly fix an extra large size carried object on a carriage by using the belt for binding the load so as not to oscillate it when carrying the extra large size object such as an extra large size tire by a carrier.SOLUTION: The belt B for binding the load is chucked powerfully by chuck surface 7, 8 of chuck shoes 5, 6 which are detachably attached to a stationary side chuck portion 2 and a movable side chuck portion 4. In particular, since the chuck surfaces 7, 8 of both the chuck shoes 5, 6 are flatly formed by stainless thermal spraying layers 9, 10, the chuck device is configured to make it possible to effectively apply even a chuck force on plane-like chuck surfaces 7, 8 by hardness characteristic and friction characteristic of the stainless thermal spraying layers 9, 10 and at the same time to make it possible to securely chuck the belt B for binding the load on the plane-like chuck surfaces 7, 8 in removal prevention state by exerting an effective slip prevention function. |
