PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless LAN-equipped data card connectable to the Internet by means of a communication modem function of the data card by connecting from a plurality of personal computers (PCs) through a wireless LAN to one wireless LAN-equipped data card, and to provide a communication method and a program.SOLUTION: The wireless LAN-equipped data card includes: a data transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving data to/from a PC used by a user, by radio; a network forming means for forming a local network with the PC; a wireless communication connection means for connecting to a mobile communication network by radio; a data transmission/reception processing means for performing data transmission/reception and processing through the Internet network by connecting to an access server via the mobile communication network by means of the wireless communication connection means; and a control means for controlling processing and transmission/reception of data between the PC connected to the local network and the Internet network connected via the mobile communication network. |
