发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FOIL-LIKE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR SOLAR CELLS, CONNECTING ELEMENT PRODUCED ACCORDING TO SAID METHOD, AND METHOD FOR ELECTRICALLY CONNECTING AT LEAST TWO SOLAR CELLS TO FORM A SOLAR MODULE
摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing a foil-like electrical connector for solar cells in order to connect said solar cells to form modules, wherein the connector has a conductive layer and at least one isolating surface layer. According to the invention, an isolating carrier foil sheet is first provided which substantially has the width of the solar cells to be connected. The carrier foil is further provided with openings for future soldering points in the corresponding areas and with perforations for adjusting and transport purposes along the lateral edge strips. A conductive foil sheet having a width that is adjusted to the carrier foil is further provided, wherein said foil sheet is also provided with an adjusting and transport perforation along the lateral edge strips and wherein additional comb structures are formed as future electrical connection fingers, wherein retaining webs remain in the direction of the adjusting and transport perforation in order to ensure a secure positioning of the comb structures. The conductive foil sheet is positioned on the carrier foil by means of spike-shaped extensions of a transport belt or a transport roller, wherein the extensions engage the corresponding adjusting and transport perforations. The carrier foil is then connected to the conductive foil sheet, preferably by means of an adhesive bond. Subsequently, the lateral edge strips are removed and the retaining webs are cut through. In the next step, an isolating cover foil or one cover foil strip for each lateral edge, each having a broad overlap in relation to the composite of carrier foil / conductive foil sheet, is attached, preferably by lamination. In order to isolate the edges, the laterally overlapping edges of the cover foil or the overlaps of the cover foil strips are then folded and fixed, reaching down to the lower side of the composite. The structure thus formed is then stored on a supply roll for future processing.
