BLENDING IMPROVEMENT CARBON-COMPOSITE HAVING CARBON-NANOTUBE AND ITS CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composite carbon material is provided to increase mutual miscibility, dispersibility and bindability by treatment in a subcritical fluid or supercritical condition. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube composite material comprises carbon nanotube(CNT), one or more kinds of carbon compound excluding the carbon nanotube, and a dispersion medium. A method for preparing the carbon nanotube composite material includes the steps of: preheating a mixture containing carbon nanotube, one or more kinds of carbon compound excluding the carbon nanotube, and a dispersing medium in a preheating furnace under 1-400atm; treating the preheated mixture in a subcritical or supercritical condition of 50-400atm; cooling the product to 0-100°C and releasing pressure to 1-10atm; and collecting the product.
