ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the interfacial property between different thin films by forming a hybrid membrane between an inorganic film and an organic film. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device(130) is formed on a substrate(110). The organic light-emitting device is driven by a cell driving array. The barrier layer(160) is formed in order to cover the organic light-emitting device. The barrier layer comprises the inorganic film(140), the organic film(150), and the hybrid membrane(170). The hybrid membrane improves the junction property of different thin films.
