PURPOSE: A solar cell generating apparatus is provided to prevent the overall performance of the apparatus from being reduced by including sub solar cell panels with an identical current generating ability. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(120) is formed on a supporting board(110). A light absorbent layer(130) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(140) is formed on the light absorbent layer. A highly resistive buffer layer(150) is formed on the buffer layer. A window layer(160) is formed on the highly resistive buffer layer. A solar cell generating apparatus includes a plurality of sub solar cell panels. A solar cell panel includes the rear electrode layer, the light absorbent layer, the buffer layer, the highly resistive buffer layer, and the window layer. |
