<p>The device has a supply unit and a downstream transverse transportation unit (3), which are downstream to two feeding levels that lie in different heights. Boards that are supplied to a cross-cut saw are provided on the feeding levels. The saw is adjustable at an axis transverse to feed direction of boards (2) on each feeding level. A stopper (12) is adjustable on the transverse transportation unit in transportation path of the boards. The stopper is positionable and/or adjustable by a controller without sensing the boards.</p> |
