PURPOSE: A multifunctional adiabatic waterproof composite sheet and a complex waterproofing structure using the same are provided to improve waterproof and adiabatic properties. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum foil(110), a PET(Poly-ethylene-terephthalate) film(120), and a PE(Poly-Ethylene) expanded sheet(130), an adiabatic reinforcement film made of high-density polyethylene or glass fiber(140), a PVC(Polyvinyl chloride) expanded sheet(150), a PVC waterproof sheet(160), a non-woven fabric(170) are successively laminated and unitarily manufactured.
