PURPOSE: A complex bad smell removing purification apparatus using an underwater plasma generating device is provided to purify polluted gas, and to secure the excellent process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A complex bad smell removing purification apparatus using an underwater plasma generating device comprises the following: the underwater plasma generating device(100) including an underwater plasma reactor, a regulator, a electronic neon-transformer, and a porous bubbling unit; a tower type cleaning device(200) including a water treatment tank(204), promoting the forced circulation and the contact oxidation reaction of plasma processing water; and an activated charcoal hollow tower(300) for processing high concentration generated discharge ozone generated from plasma.
