The testing device is provided with a sensor unit (15), by which an electric parameter of the test medium is sensed before starting the testing, where an evaluating unit is provided. A signal of the sensor unit is supplied to the evaluation unit. The signal is conveyed for execution of the testing only when the measuring value of the electric parameter is closed on the observation of the predetermined criteria.
