The sealing arrangement has an annular sealing element (10) and another annular sealing element (20) for sealing a bearing gap (3) between a bearing component (1), particularly an outer ring (6) of a roller bearing and another rotating bearing component (2), particularly an inner ring (7) of the roller bearing. A sealing lip (4) is arranged radially distant to the bearing components such that the sealing contact is manufactured with respect to the radial position in the middle one third of the bearing gap. An independent claim is also included for a rotary bearing.
