PURPOSE: An aluminum decorating bar, in which a synthetic resin bar and a foldable aluminum bar are integrated, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve rigidity and to reduce the thickness of an aluminum plate to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum decorating bar comprises a synthetic resin bar(10), a foldable aluminum bar(30), and a plurality of punching grooves(36). The synthetic resin bar has a square cross-section. The foldable aluminum bar surrounds the outside of the synthetic resin bar. The foldable aluminum bar has a square hollow(32) due to a bend in an aluminum plate. |
