摘要 Described is a system for separating an immiscible liquid component entering from a fluid stream, which uses at least a Vortex Cone that has a profile where the inner upper diameter thereof is higher than that of the inner lower diameter, the vortex cone being where the fall of pressure is induced between the liquid outlet terminal and the gas inlet terminal, while the inner profile of the Vortex Cone is defined, the system containing a liquid outlet terminal and a fluid inlet terminal, which is tangential to the inner wall of the Vortex Cone, where the liquid is floating in said Vortex Cone causing the heavier liquid components to be forced towards and against the inner walls by means of a centrifuge action. A biased Vortex perpetuator is extended lengthwise the gas space of the separator in order to form a concentric gas orifice where the gas is discharged from the device in a laminar manner. The Vortex Perpetuator is concentrically extended within the Vortex Cone and under the tang ential fluid inlet of the cone, thus providing an annular area between the perpetuator and the inner wall of the Vortex Cone. A Vortex Deflector Plate is located within the annular area, the plate having an upside-down surface for diverting the incoming fluid in a downwardly cyclonic form so as to reach the liquid outlet terminal of the Vortex Cone. A Cone Tube device is located at the liquid outlet terminal of the aforesaid Vortex Cone and is useful for redirecting the liquid fluid that is outwardly flowing in a vertical manner. The cone tube device has a vortex locator attached to the horizontal target plate for minimizing the directionless steams in the Vortex Cone.
