PURPOSE: An electric mascara applicator is provided, which can do eye makeup while moving within the constant interval range. CONSTITUTION: An electric mascara applicator comprises: a spline shaft(142) in which teeth are formed in an output terminal of a reducer at the constant angle; a head in which a flange of disk type is formed on the circumference; a spline formed in the inner circumference of the head; an inner lid(150) fixed to the inside of the bottom of the lid; a reciprocating motion member which induces reciprocating motion within the constant stroke range in the axial direction of a rod; and an elastic member(184) installed between the upper surface of the head and bottom surface of the decelerator.
