PURPOSE: A hybrid-functional vehicles crossing gate, which includes a crossing bar rotating in vertical direction, is provided to prevent damage to the crossing bar by absorbing impact when a vehicle crashes to the crossing bar. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-functional vehicles crossing gate comprises a crossing bar(110) and an image collecting unit. The crossing bar is composed of a vertical assemble(111), a horizontal rotary body(112), a security bar(113) and a return member(114). The security bar is inserted in an insertion hole of the horizontal rotary body. The return member returns the horizontal rotary body to the original position.
