The transported material lock (1) has a lock chamber (10) surrounding a lock space (11) for receiving bulk goods. The lock chamber has an inlet opening (12) closed by a stop valve (14) and an outlet opening (13) closed by another stop valve (15). A control unit (70) is provided for controlling the stop valves. An auxiliary chamber (20) is provided which encloses an auxiliary space (21) which is connected with the lock space in a pressure balancing manner so that the auxiliary space and the lock space form a pressure-tight pressure chamber. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for inserting bulk goods into a pneumatic conveying system. |
