<p>A metallic film having 0.1 to 350 µm thickness and comprising a diamond powder 0.1 to 2.0% by weight therein, wherein,
(i) said diamond powder has an element composition consisting mainly of 72 to 89.5% by weight of carbon, 0.8 to 1.5% of hydrogen, 1.5 to 2.5% of nitrogen, and 10.5 to 25.0% of oxygen, summing those four elements up to 100% by weight or less,
(ii) and, particles or (quasi) aggregates of said powder have a narrow distribution of diameters thereof so as to range in the scope of 150 to 650 nm by number average particles or (quasi) aggregates diameter (ØMn), and particles or (quasi) aggregates of over 1000 nm and below 30 nm in the diameter are absent,
(iii) and, particles or (quasi) aggregates of said powder exhibit a strongest peak of the Bragg angle at 43.9° (2¸±2°), a strong and characteristic peak at 73.5° (2¸±2°) pertinent to a (220) crystal structure, a strong and characteristic peak at 95°(2¸±2°) pertinent to a (311) crystal structure, a warped halo at 17°(2¸±2°) pertinent to a graphine structure or to a benzene ring structure, and no peak at 26.5°(2¸±2°) to be referred graphite (002) crystal structure, by X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum analysis using Cu-K± radiation,
(iv) and, the specific surface area of said powder or (quasi) aggregates is not smaller than 1.50x10 5 m 2 /kg, and substantially all of the surface carbon atoms of said particles are calculated being bonded with hetero atoms consisting of said hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen, and total absorption space of said powder is 0.5m 3 /kg or more, when dried.</p> |
