The hybrid assembly for motor vehicle, comprises a first component (12) made of first metal alloy, and a second component (14) made of second metal alloy, where the components are connected to each other in a joining area (24). The components are connected together by a spot friction welding connection or a friction stir welding connection, form a material pairing made of steel-/aluminum alloy, aluminum-/magnesium alloy or aluminum-/aluminum alloy and light metal or from two light metals and have a jointed flange (16, 18, 20, 22) in the joining area. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a hybrid assembly. |
