The device has a chute (4) whose upper surface is made of material including rubber or rubber like plastic materials with different friction coefficients for plastic parts (1) and rubber parts (2). The plastic materials are supplied through a vibrating conveyor (3) and the chute in an inclined plane as crushed mixtures. An insulating plate (5) is arranged in a region of a lower end of the chute at a specific distance above the upper surface. The surface of the chute is made of a float glass, where the chute is inclined at an angle of about 65 degrees.
