<p>The method involves implementing time correction for synchronization of recorded data, merging data, the inclination, acceleration and speed of a vehicle (1) e.g. van. Receiving quality of a spatial position is verified, and the spatial position is corrected via the merging data. Corrected position data, distance profile and the moving image are merged, and the moving image that is provided with the corrected position data and the distance profile is stored. The spatial position and dimensions of the detected object are determined. An independent claim is also included for a device for automatic detection of an object.</p> |
