<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer complex containing calcium phosphate and a physiologically active substance, excellent in biocompatibility, bonding properties to tissue of an organism, and adhering properties thereto, and therefore capable of, for example, exhibiting the excellent bonding properties to the tissue of the organism, when used as a material for a percutaneous terminal, so as to prevent bacterial infection through an interface. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer complex containing the calcium phosphate and the physiologically active substance is produced by forming a calcium phosphate trapping layer on a surface of a polymer base material, and further forming a complex layer composed of the calcium phosphate and the physiologically active substance on the trapping layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
