A stainless steel including: 0.001 to 0.15 wt% of C, 0.01 to 1.00 wt% of Si, 0.01 to 10.00 wt% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.060 wt% ofP, 0.0001 to 0.10 wt% of S, 3.50 to 28.00 wt% ofNi, 16.00 to 26.00 wt% of Cr, and 0.08 wt% or less of O, with the balance comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein a pitting corrosion potential Vc' 100 of a surface is 0.60 to 1.0 (V vc. Ag-AgCl).
