The present invention relates to a coated article comprising a coating (30) supported by a glass substrate (1), the coating comprising: a first dielectric layer (2; 3; 4); a first infrared (IR) reflecting layer (9) comprising silver located over at least the dielectric layer; a first layer comprising silicon nitride (14) located over at least the first IR reflecting layer (9) and the first dielectric layer (2); a first layer (15) comprising a metal oxide located over and contacting the first layer comprising silicon nitride (14); a first layer comprising zinc oxide (17) located over and contacting the first layer (15) comprising the metal oxide, so that the first layer (15) comprising the metal oxide is located between and contacting the first layer comprising silicon nitride (14) and the first layer comprising zinc oxide (17); a second IR reflecting layer (19) comprising silver located over and contacting the first layer comprising zinc oxide (17); and at least another dielectric layer (23;25) located over at least the second IR reflecting layer (19).
