PURPOSE: A slip-ring assembly for a polar test device is provided to shield electric noise in high speed rotation. CONSTITUTION: A slip ring unit(110) is comprised of a pair of conductive slip rings and a pair of insulating barriers. The conductive slip rings have a semicircular ring shape and have both ends which are opposite to each other. The conductive insulting barrier is combined with the top and bottom of the conductive slip rings. The slip ring unit is combined with a rotor of a polar test device and is electrically connected to the rotor. A brush unit(120) is combined in a holder and electrically connects the holder to an external power source.
