<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor equipped with a convenient display control function for changing display content in a display mode intended by a user and to provide a display control method. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 executes a zooming utility program 201 according to the operation of a zoom-in button 10A or a zoom-out button 10B, and retrieves an active window, and changes a display mode of the display content in the retrieved window.
