<p>An analysis chamber 1a surrounded in a housing 1 is closed up tight by attaching a cell holder 2 to an opening portion 1b formed at the center of the top face of the housing 1. Also, the cell holder 2 holds a second X-ray transmission window material 23 in order to prevent a sample, which is leaked due to damage of a first X-ray transmission window material 54 of a sample cell 5, from adhering onto an X-ray tube 3, an X-ray detector 4 and the like. In performing fluorescent X-ray analysis, a displacement gas is supplied into the analysis chamber 1a and a window material space 20 formed between the first X-ray transmission window material 54 and the second X-ray transmission window material 23. The air inside the analysis chamber 1a and the air inside the window material space 20 are efficiently replaced with the displacement gas.</p> |
