The device has a catheter (1) formed of three concentric plastic layers such as rigid outer layer, rigid inner layer and flexible intermediate layer, that are arranged such that the flexible intermediate layer retains a capillary (13) in a cavity. A rod (2) has reduced diameter on a proximal part (10) with respect to a proximal part of the catheter. The rod limits force transmitted to a needle point (8). A movable proximal lock maintains the rod in place during closure and intake of air in the catheter. |
