<p>The device (3) has an image detection unit i.e. stereo-camera, for three-dimensional detection of a road surface that is provided in front of a vehicle (F). The image detection unit is coupled with an evaluation unit. The evaluation unit determines unevenness (U1, U2) in the course of the road surface and distance (d1, d2) of the unevenness to the vehicle, where adjustment of an operating parameter e.g. damping and rigidity, of an engine mounting (2) is taken place based on the determined unevenness. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an engine mounting for a vehicle.</p> |
