The invention provides for a therapeutic pad for attachment to the human or animal body. The pad comprises means for storing data. Further, a therapeutic system is provided. The system comprises a therapeutic pads as discussed above and a hydraulic device. The hydraulic device has a tube adapted to connect the hydraulic device to the pad. ( Fig. 1 )
