The driving machine has electromagnets and permanent magnets, where a heavy working medium-form part and a cylindrical wheel-drum (2) are designed. A support structure (1) is provided with a height-balancing machine feet. The support structure and the cylindrical wheel-drum are made of aluminum, aluminum alloys, steel, iron, iron alloys, copper or other metals. The heavy working medium-form part is made of a non-magnetically responsive homogeneous material or composite materials such as concrete or plastic material.
