PURPOSE: A belt tripper device for a thermal power station is provided to prevent environmental contamination by minimizing the dust generation of coking coal. CONSTITUTION: A belt tripper device for a thermal power station comprises a frame structure(10), a roller stage(11), a power cylinder(12), a link device(13), a scraper(14), and a chute. The frame structure is installed on the top of a conveyor transferring coking coal. The roller stage is formed in the bottom of the frame structure and can be vertically moved. And the roller stage flattens a conveyor belt. The power cylinder is installed on the top of the frame structure and vertically operates the roller stage. The link device mediates the vertical operation of the roller stage. The scraper guides the coking coal transferred from the belt conveyor. The chute guides the fallen coking coal toward a silo.
