PURPOSE: A card issuing method and a system thereof to a client are provided to record card information of a stand-by state in a USIM and request the activation of the card. CONSTITUTION: A server(100) receives one or more deactivation card information from a card issuing agency. If the issuance of USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) is requested, the server extracts the deactivation card information recorded in USIM from database. The server records the extracted deactivation card information in USIM. The server is connected to the USIM information and deactivation card information with the wireless terminal information of USIM. |
